Last night was bistek night. It was delish!. It was the second time I made this dish, and it still tasted great! I guess that means the first time wasn't a fluke. LOL. I asked my hubby what he thought about it, and he said it was g-o-o-d. Oh my! Ethylene's Pulitzer Prize in the kitchen. And it's all because of pinoycook.net. Thanks Miss Connie! Note: I also made "kinilaw" na cucumber, with salt, vinegar, sugar and ground black pepper...yummy!
